Perfect for Families with Children
The staff was great, and they went above and beyond to help us out, especially when my daughter spilled juice all over the carpet. They didn't even hesitate to send someone to clean it, and you could see they genuinely cared. The views we had from our room were just lovely, I mean, every night felt like we were living in a movie, looking out at the sparkling city lights.
Prices were steep, but what can you expect during the holidays?

The outstanding location near Bryant Park made exploring the city incredibly easy. The room on a higher floor provided a stunning city view, and it was spacious with excellent water pressure in the shower. However, the initial room offered felt dated and less clean compared to our upgraded accommodation, which slightly marred the experience. The staff were polite, but more attentiveness would have enhanced the stay.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We visited Times Square and Central Park, and the location was perfect. Our room was clean and spacious, and the staff were super helpful. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the lobby snacks made our stay even better. Would definitely recommend this place!
The only downside was that the elevators were a bit slow during peak times, which was a hassle when heading down for breakfast.

The breakfast spread was decent, but getting a table during peak hours was a bit of a challenge. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, I just wish the elevators were a little faster! 😊

If you want a breakfast that slaps, the bagels and pastries here are the real deal—perfect fuel for a day of city wandering! Plus, you're just a hop away from Keens Steakhouse, a must-try for a classic New York steak experience. The lobby lounge is cozy too, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
But hold up—those elevators are like turtles on a sunny day, especially during breakfast rush. It took ages to get down, and I felt like I was in a waiting room. Also, my room could’ve used a good scrub. it didn’t scream 'luxury'.
